Kombucha Sculptures

This project it starts from research in 2019, of cultivating Kombucha, it's Scooby and the bio leather we can make from it.

Kombucha Scooby takes form of the recipient it is, so I imagined to create glass sculptures where it can grows in different ways.

Those installations should be spaces to create Kombucha Scooby leather and at the same time the public could see, walk around, and drink the Kombucha from it during the exhibition period.
